No-Bake Mars Bar Slice

Ingredients

  • Mars Bar - 3.00 Whole
  • Butter - 0.50 Cup
  • Golden Syrup - 0.25 Cup
  • Rice Crispies - 3.00 Cup
  • Milk Chocolate - 200.00 g
  • Dark Chocolate - 100.00 g
  • Steps

    1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and golden syrup over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    3. Add the chopped Mars bars to the saucepan and continue to stir until melted and combined with the butter mixture.
    4. Remove from heat and fold in the rice bubbles until well coated.
    5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly with a spatula to evenly spread it.
    6. In a separate bowl, melt the milk and dark chocolate together, stirring until smooth.
    7. Pour the melted chocolate over the rice bubble mixture and spread evenly.
    8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
    9. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
