Christmas Mint Fudge
Ingredients
White Chocolate Chips - 680.00 g
Condensed Milk - 397.00 ml

Steps
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easier to lift the fudge out once set.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smoothSimply Bake.
- Add Mint Flavor: Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring until well combined. The mixture should have a light minty scent and a festive green color.
- Mix in the Oreos: Fold in the chopped Oreos, reserving a few pieces for sprinkling on top. The Oreos add a delightful crunch to every bite.
- Spread and Chill: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to spread it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top and press them lightly into the fudge. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firmThe First Year.
